With your daily routine and healthy lifestyle in place, it’s time to move to the next step: MIND.

Your mind is an amazing and powerful part of your body. So first things first:
Create a POSITIVE mindset.
I must admit, it isn’t always as easy.
So let me just give you some inside tips to get you started.

  1. You are doing great!
Tell yourself this every morning when you are brushing your teeth in the mirror.
Love yourself. It will show. You’ll be more confident.
  2. Indulge yourself every now and then.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking care of yourself.
Try to treat yourself on a daily base on something only for yourself. It doesn’t always have to be a new pair of killer heels or a new bag, 10 extra minutes in the shower or just reading your favorite magazine can be a perfect treat.
  3. Find your bliss.
Stop wasting time doing something you don’t like. Not only will it cost you time and energy, it will not bring you any positivity or happiness.
You have an excuse not to follow your passion?
Try to put that energy of complaining into the pursuit of your happiness, you’ll come a long way.
  4. Stop controlling things you can’t control.
Some things you just can not control. Face it and move on. Try to find the good part of it. Waiting in line everyday? Use it to listen to a podcast about positive mindsets!
  5. Dare to be ruthless with your time.
No is an equal answer to yes. People change over time. Your childhood isn’t the same as your 20’s, neither is your professional life the same as your personal life. It’s ok to move on, to lose contact with certain people or to choose to take care of yourself first. I do it all the time and it brought me a long way.
  6. Surround yourself with positivity.
Nobody is that self-motivated. My room is full of motivational quotes and pretty things that keep me going.
It can be a picture of that place you once hope to visit, a quote from somebody you admire or an esthetically beautiful piece of design.

At my job, I have a team of 20 people under my supervision. They don’t work unless I do.
They are not positive unless I am, they don’t smile unless I smile.
It took a lot of energy in the beginning, but now I have a team that wants to work for me. They smile when they see me, they come to work because they want to work and feel bad when they let me down.

It’s the same with dreams… They don’t work unless you do
